ME? Well, My name is Yvonne and I am a SAHM to FOUR beautiful, energetic, wild, lovable, crazy and amazing children. I am married to my best friend and the Love of my life. And I have a creative side that needed an outlet so I started this blog to share my creations with all of you. One day my oldest daughter, all of 6 years old, looked at me while I was crafting and said "you sure are One Creative Momma" and the name for my blog was born.

Siblings!

Life is getting very exciting around our household! Only 4 days stand between us and meeting our new baby so I decided to make my children something to wear on the big day!

My kids are so excited about the baby so they should LOVE these shirts and since we don't know if we're having a girl or a boy I cut out "LIL SIS" and "LIL BRO" ahead of time and can iron them down once we get home from the hospital. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic day!

THANK YOU!!!

Hello my crafty, bloggy friends!
This past weekend I was given the gift of not only 1 but 2 Baby showers for my 4th bundle of joy. My family and friends had a shower for me on Sunday and the Moms at school got together and threw a shower for me on Monday. From all of these amazing people, we received everything we needed for our baby and enough diapers and wipes to last 4-5 months. (at least I hope so) :)

So I've been busy making Thank you cards for all of the gifts we've received. Since we don't know if we are having a boy or a girl I decided to make a simple card with a rubber ducky and pink and blue hearts.

Here's how they turned out.

Recipe:
Cricut Cut: Just Because Cards - Duck
My Creative Time Stamps - Many Greetings and Teacher You Rock
Peachy Keen Stamps - Medium Critter Faces
Trendy Twine - Cotton Candy Pink and Blue Twine
Fiskars scalloped Heart punch
Cuttlebug Seeing Spots embossing folder

I love how these sweet little Ducks turned out!

I ended up making 50 of these thank you cards! Enough to send out to all my family and friends who have already given us so much and then some to have at the hospital and the weeks to come if we receive another gift.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

Michaels Haul!!!

Hello my bloggy friends! I just got back from a Michaels shopping trip where I spent all my Christmas gift cards and this is what I got!!! Everything was on sale except the small cello gift bag. :)

If I add up everything at original prices and add tax this would have cost me $220

HOWEVER...

This is what I got:
Cricut Cartridge storage box
Recollections desk organizer with wire rack extention
12 x 12 paper storage box
8 1/2 x 11 paper packs
Cuttle bug folder sets
fabric cube storage drawer
Chip board mini albums
6 x 6 paper packs
Ribbon packs
Pencil top erasers
and a cello gift wrapping bag

These were the discounts I received:
Cuttlebug folders were on sale at 40% off
Paper packs and Storage items were 50% off
The chipboard mini albums, small paper packs and ribbon were 40-70% off
20% entire purchase today

So my total after taxes was $96.29 of which I had $95 worth of gift cards!!! Not a bad haul for only $1.29 out of pocket. :) Now I'm off to organize my craft space.

Pictures of my completed craft room are coming soon!!!
