ME? Well, My name is Yvonne and I am a SAHM to FOUR beautiful, energetic, wild, lovable, crazy and amazing children. I am married to my best friend and the Love of my life. And I have a creative side that needed an outlet so I started this blog to share my creations with all of you. One day my oldest daughter, all of 6 years old, looked at me while I was crafting and said "you sure are One Creative Momma" and the name for my blog was born.

Teacher Appreciation Day!

For Those Who Teach!

Yesterday around 2am, I returned home from the beautiful island of Oahu. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to sneak away sans kids to spend 6 days and 5 nights in paradise for our Anniversary. It was Fun, Beautiful and Extremely Relaxing.

Having had a busy week preparing the kids to stay with family and for the Hubby and I to leave on vacation, I completely forgot to execute my projects for Teacher Appreciation Day. So last night I stayed up until 2am - thankfully it was only 11pm Island Time - and made these altered notepads for my girls teachers.

Our school doesn't really celebrate the National Appreciation week but I always try to do something during this time of the year, a little something to remind them that they are very special.

Here are the Notepads:

Recipe:
6x9 notepad from Dollar Tree
Stamps: My Creative Time - "My Teacher Rocks"
Scrapbook paper from the Target $1 section
Recollections craft, red and green cardstock
Ink: CTMH Cover Meadow &
SU Chocolate Chip & Cherry Cobbler
Cricut cuts - 2" Apple from Paisley
3 1/4" Basket from Doodlecharms
White Gel Pen and Ribbon
Small Sales tags

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you remember to thank a teacher this week.
Mahalo Nui Loa!
