Welcome this weeks Celebrate The Occasion Challenge. We are asking you to join the design team in creating a Birthday Card with a balloon. I decided to use a Hot Air Balloon and created a card that can be both Masculine and Feminine.

I really love how the Pink by Design Balloon stamp turned out on this card and was inspired to make another card. So here is my Bonus project - a "Wish you were here..." card.
