ME? Well, My name is Yvonne and I am a SAHM to FOUR beautiful, energetic, wild, lovable, crazy and amazing children. I am married to my best friend and the Love of my life. And I have a creative side that needed an outlet so I started this blog to share my creations with all of you. One day my oldest daughter, all of 6 years old, looked at me while I was crafting and said "you sure are One Creative Momma" and the name for my blog was born.

Jinger Adams' Design Team Call

Hello my creative friends and Happy Thursday! I have to tell you how GREAT it feels to be spending time in my craft room again and what better way to keep me in there then to apply for a position on Jinger Adams' design team. When I first heard of the DT call I knew I wanted to create a Spring time project.

Today, while browsing my favorite blogs and facebook pages, I came across the Wobble Wednesday Challenge and decided to use it as my inspiration for this DT submission. For this challenge you must use an Action Wobble and a Bunny, so I grabbed my Gypsy and started my design. I found a bunny on the Doodlecharms Cricut Cartridge and creativity hit me.

Spring time Peeps - Sugar bunny treats!!!

Recipe:
Cricut Gypsy and Expression, Doodlecharms cartridge
K&Company Hopscotch patterned paper
Cardstock in White, Brown, Hot Pink and Glittered Yellow
Sentiment - My Creative Time "Color Me Happy" stamp set
Stitched Oval die from My Creative Time
Trendy Twine - Strawberry Cupcake Twine
Stampin Up Ink - Chocolate Chip
ek Success boarder punch
Michaels Celebrate It rhinestones and white paper flowers

There's no bunny like you... Who doesn't love a Peeps sugar bunny around this time of year. This one is wobbling it's way to someone this Easter. Click on the video link to see how the Action Wobble gives this cute bunny some movement.

Well, I had so much fun making this card for the DT call Jinger Adams is having. All the submissions are amazing so I have my fingers crossed that I'll be chosen. Thank you for stopping by my blog today and I hope it inspired you to get a little creative.

Have a great day!

Tomorrow I will be attending the funeral of my husbands friend. He leaves behind his Mother and 2 daughters so I made this card for them. I hope they are comforted in knowing that he was very special to all of us.

Color Challenge

Today's project was inspired by the color challenge going on over at Die Cuttin' Divas and the Trendy Twine March Challenge. In the DCD challenge they are requesting that the colors GREEN, YELLOW, BLACK and WHITE be used in our project and the TT challenge requires the use of a Shamrock, Glitter and their Twisted Lime or Holly Twine.

I decided to make a little treat box for St. Patricks day for one of the teachers at school.

Recipe:
My Creative Time - Bubblegum treat box die, Curly label die and the
Sentiment Stamp "Lucky to have a teacher like you"
Lindy Stamp Gang starburst spray in Lucky Shamrock Green
Trendy Twine - Twisted Lime Twine
Shamrock cut from Paper Doll Dress up Cartridge
A glittered Shamrock sticker, white gel pen and yellow rhinestones

I hope you enjoyed my project - Have a fantastic day!

Imagine that Challenge

It's been forever since I sat down and made a Challenge card but here's one I was able to make today for Emma's Monday Madness - Imagine that Challenge over at My Creative Time

The challenge was to create a project using the Cricut Imagine OR patterned paper if you don't own an imagine and the colors RED, PINK and TEAL. Since I don't own an Imagine I played along using patterned paper in Pink and Red, added Emma's XL lable diecut with Teal glitter paper and a sentiment from her Happy Mail stamp set using her stitched oval die. With a few flowers, rhinestones and ribbon... my card is now complete.

I hope you enjoyed my card! Hopefully I'll be crafting and posting again soon.
Right now, it's time for me to get back to my Mommy duties of snuggling with my almost 7 week old.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

In celebration of Dr. Seuss' birthday yesterday my daughters first grade class dressed up in red and white striped hats, big red bow ties and sang Seuss songs in front of the entire school. It was ADORABLE!

My daughters teacher is a huge Dr Seuss fan and dresses up like The Cat in the Hat every year for this special day. I found out on Monday that the teachers birthday was last week so I quickly got to work and made this large tote bag to give her. She absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to use it.

the tote measures 18"W x 16 1/2"H

I love the Cat fabric inside the tote!

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you have a Seusstastic day!
