Pinterest Ideas

Last March I came across this fun idea on Pinterest for St. Patrick's Day school treats. 

I spent hours sorting M&Ms, 

Packaging Rolos and Rainbows, 

Stamping sentiments ...

and the end result was Super Fun treats for all the kids at school.

SO ... What do I do this year?

Hello My Creative Friends and Happy Heart Day!

Today is my day to post over on the Trendy Twine blog and showcase a project for our February Challenge.

Candy or treat packaging filled with candy or treats

The colors pink and red

**If you do not have Trendy Twine,

use hemp, jute, or embroidery thread only

(no other brands of bakers twine)**

For my project I decided to make a treat bag. 

The directions for this bag were first showcased on My Pink Cricut and is a favorite of mine because it only takes 1 sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock and all the embellishments you want. To decorate my treat bag I used My Creative Time dies, Stampin up Punches and Framelits, Trendy Twine Cherry Cupcake Twine, Ribbons and metal accents.

ValenTwine Treats

Hello Crafty Friends!

Its a new month and time for another Trendy Twine challenge. The twine we are showcasing this month is the Valentine Cherry Cupcake. A fun twist of Pink and Red that is absolutely perfect for Valentine's day and all the treats you might want to make for those special someones. It's on sale in the store until Valentine's day so hurry over and buy some.

Easy right?

For my project, I created this A2 size card.

By using a Stampin' Up heart shaped treat cup I was able to create a Valentine card that has a sweet treat built right in.
