Continuing with the theme of Firsts, I have a fun project for you today. While surfing my favorite blogs yesterday I came across Sarah @ www.pinkcricut.com and her fantastic Kusudama origami flowers. She has an amazing video tutorial that is a must watch.
See it HERE.
Well, as soon as I saw these flowers I knew I had to try them right away.
These are the colors and patterns I decided to use...
Project Recipe:
Technique: Kusudama Flower Fold
Paper: Best Of K&Company Too Designer paper
2 sheets each of 5 different papers
Zots Glue Dots in Medium and Large
Martha Stewart Pink Bone Folder
Brown and Pink wire edge ribbon from Costco
Large Clear Buttons, Smaller Green Buttons
and Rhinestones
To make this decorative ball I made 12 Kusudama flowers
I hope you have enjoyed my project today and that it inspires you to try something new. Your next stop on the Blog Hop is my very Creative friend EMMA! Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!
